My favorite part from the book is when Percy, Anabeth, Carter, and Sadie teamed up to beat a magician named setne who is trying to become immortal and a god.

Technically this book is like a 3.5 for me, but I’ll round up because it wasn’t bad. I can’t say it’s my favorite dystopian-type book because that award probably goes to Animal Farm, but this was definitely an interesting read. It definitely forces you to think or at least come to terms with some uncomfortable possibilities and truths about the world. I will say that the themes of this book are in no way inconspicuous. On every or every other page Atwood is basically yelling her values in your face, and this goes on throughout almost the whole book. Now, I absolutely believe that some people NEED to be yelled at and they NEED to have these messages drilled into their brains. Those people should read this book. But, I personally would prefer for the book to be a little more flexible in allowing its readers to discover things by themselves. I agree with what this book has to say about the vitality of women’s rights and the flaws of authoritarian governments, but I think that plenty of people like me (who agree) are reading this book and they don’t need to be hand-held throughout the whole thing. On another note, it would’ve been cool to get multiple perspectives in this book and hear from characters like the Commander and Nick. (I don’t think I’m going to read Atwood’s other books to find out) Also, I liked analyzing the religious aspects of this.

I thought it was a good story and all the characters with their nicknames added a good touch to the story. The plot was a good way to keep the story moving and the ending was none of the best endings of à book J have ever read.

Whenever the twins would cause trouble, I believe they shouldn't take their emotions out on the baby sitter. Marilyn and Carolyn shouldn't have swapped when Marilyn needed to go to piano lessons, but let Carolyn go. But, Mrs. Arnold told Claudia to do a better job just because they look alike. If I were Claudia I would feel frustrated because it wasn't Claudia's fault that the twins switched their identities. Near the end, Mallory got along together with the twins because Mallory has twin brothers, but they all dress differently.

It was a good book that I read in school. All the different narrators give individual insights on it from their points of view. Gave real life perspectives with some fiction mixed in.

I read this story and it had a life lesson! Tacky is an odd penguin but he is nice to be around. The life lesson is it’s okay to be different

The Magician's Nephew is a book about a 12 year old boy named Digory Kirke who goes on an adventure in another world with Polly Plummer the result of an experiment of Digory's madman of an uncle Mr. Andrew Ketterly.

I loved how it was almost a direct continuation of the first book but I really want to know if Peeta lives or a little more from his side of the story.

It is a book about wicked locking a bunch of teenager in a maze so it is like test to see who can come out and who can’t and the people who can’t will die.

A beautiful ending to a beautiful story. I want to know what happens next. I keep saying it, but I want to read more, even though there are no books left. A lot was revealed about Souta and Suzume’s pasts. They travel again, throughout the Japanese countryside and even city, but this time accompanied by Souta’s friend and Suzume’s aunt. The cat is actually good. 10/10 would recommend
